The Old Colony YMCA offers members the opportunity to get the most out of their fitness routine by offering the latest equipment and fitness resources.  We also offer a variety of classes, from aquatic jogging to spinning, to encourage and motivate our members.  There is something for everyone at our YMCA!

Why should I hire a personal trainer?

After assessment of your current level of fitness and health history, a personal trainer will help you to set realistic health and fitness goals. Once your goals are set, a plan can be implemented to help you achieve those goals. Enjoy the benefits of one-on-one personal training, partner training, or group training with a personal trainer. Personal trainers will design a program to best match your fitness goals, hold you accountable, and keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals. PLEASE NOTE: 24 hour notice directly to the trainer is required to cancel a session. Cancellations with less than a day notice, depending on circumstances, may not be reimbursed by service or monetary refund.
