Old Colony YMCA offers an array of group exercise classes to help our members reach their fitness goals, while making friends and having fun in a group setting. From spinning to yoga, every member, regardless of age or fitness level, can find group exercise classes at our branches to benefit from.

Whether you want to increase strength and endurance, build flexibility and decrease stress, or simply work out with friends in a supportive, welcoming environment, you’ll find a class that meets your needs. Our instructors are dedicated professionals committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
