The Old Colony YMCA offers members the opportunity to get the most out of their fitness routine by offering the latest equipment and fitness resources.  We also offer a variety of classes, from aquatic jogging to spinning, to encourage and motivate our members.  There is something for everyone at our YMCA!

Running Conditioning - Couch to 5K

Ages 12+
No matter what your current fitness level, training to run or walk a 5K is an attainable fitness goal! Join us as we all put one foot in front of the other to gain the running or walking foundation necessary to complete your first 5K (or your first one in awhile). 

Smallest Winner

Old Colony YMCA and Signature Healthcare have partnered together to offer Smallest Winner participants a comprehensive weight loss program that includes nutritional counseling, individualized support, and team motivation. This 12-week program emphasizes regular exercise and proper nutrition to help you reach your goals of living healthier successfully.
