Swimming can be relaxing or competitive, solitary or group-oriented — but it should always be enjoyable and safe! 

Swim lessons at the YMCA are designed to promote comfort levels and provide the skills to thrive in aquatic environments. All of our swim programs are designed to engage the swimmer and to develop their swim skills through educational and fun activities. 

The Y has an appropriate swim lesson for all ages and levels, so come on in and swim with us!
