Group Fitness

The purpose of water exercise programs is to encourage people of all ages to utilize the buoyant qualities of water to enhance their physical fitness through exercise. Many adults have already discovered that the swimming pool is the long-sought fountain of youth. Water can make some movements possible that would be very difficult on land. It increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints.

Aqua Arthritis

Sanctioned by the Arthritis Foundation, the goal of this class is to increase range of motion, strengthen, and increase endurance/ conditioning in participants through exercise.

Aqua Fitness

Water workouts are easy on the joints and can improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and balance.

Aqua Zumba

A GREAT combination – Zumba and Aqua Fitness!  The same great Latin music with the benefits of a water workout!

Lap/Senior Swim

Enjoy recreational use of our pool during specified times.
