Kids will love our sports & fitness offerings! They will learn new things, make new friends and have a great time.  Our programs improve children's athletic skills while emphasizing fun, sportsmanship, teamwork and the development of a positive self-esteem.

NEW! NFL Flag Football Program

Coed ages 5-14 years
Have you always wanted to be a professional football player? Well here is your chance to wear a team-identified reversible NFL jersey, NFL belt and flags, plus get a free USA Football player membership! Flag football is a non-contact sport, where players learn the fundamentals of football along with sportsmanship and team participation. Click here to learn more! 

Y-Dance Academy

Coed ages 2+

Preschool Basketball Instructional

Coed ages 3-5
This class will help develop hand eye coordination in a fun setting that uses small hoops and basketballs. Children will learn about basketball and teamwork while having a ball.  

Basketball Instruction

Coed grades K-3 & grades 4-8
This skills clinic will focus on individual skill progression and basketball basics. Participants will be taught everything from zone defense to full court press. The clinic is geared towards players that have a firm understanding of the game of basketball and are looking to progress their skills.

Youth Basketball League (YBL)

Coed grades K-6th

This coed league runs for 15 weeks from November to February. We focus on developing skills and physical fitness with practical learning in a game setting. No score is kept for grades K-1 because the focus for the kids is on having fun while improving fundamentals.

Travel Basketball League

Coed grades 3-12 
Avid basketball players will love this fun and competitive 12-week travel league. Players will practice at their home ymca during the week and compete against other ymcas on saturday afternoons. This league is fast-paced, fun, and focuses on enhancing already developed skills. Cost of the program includes team jerseys.

Youth Soccer League

Coed ages 3-12
YSL instills confidence and teaches the children new skills in soccer, teamwork, and the rules of the game. Each week the practices progress into more difficult skills and concepts.

Parent/Child Soccer

Ages 3-4
Parents and children will enjoy this fun and exciting introduction to soccer. Classes will focus on the fundamentals of soccer as well as sportsmanship and having fun.

Preschool Soccer Instructional

Coed ages 4-5
This soccer class is designed specifically for young children 4-5 years old. Children will learn skills including dribbling, passing, and shooting while playing games and having fun.

Flag Football

Grades 3-8
Teams will be divded into two grade divisions. Games will be on saturday mornings with practices being held 30 minutes prior to the start of the game.

Martial Arts Academy

The YMCA martial arts program is designed to build confidence and self-esteem for all students. We not only build strong bodies but also strong minds while students are taught the importance of being good citizens. They will learn the value of respect, honor, and self-worth. With practice and dedication, there is no limit to what a student can learn regardless of age or physical/mental abilities. Students should expect a high energy class with a lot of physical movement and expert training. Martial arts is a journey that can last a lifetime. With our talented and dedicated instructors to help guide them through their journey, there are no limits to our student’s success.

Kids Triathlon Training

Ages 6-14
Triathlons are growing among kids! Training to swim, bike and run, and the transitions between each event, is vital to beginning a healthy triathlon career. This program, with a focus on “you can!” through hard work and daily exercise, is a great way to get your child started on a living a healthy lifestyle for life!

Children's Yoga

Ages 6-14
Our fun yoga curriculum incorporates traditional Hatha postures with imaginative yoga games and relaxation techniques. Activities are age appropriate and allow kids to explore peaceful minds through yoga! 

Running Conditioning - Youth

Ages 8-12
This running class will teach youth to set and reach goals and will build self-esteem as they develop a passion for running, an activity they can continue throughout the lifespan. Appropriate running footwear is a must.

Y-Fit Kids

Ages 8-14
Y-FIT kid’s teaches the10 aspects of physical fitness needed for nature, work and sport: endurance, stamina, strength, speed, power, balance, coordination, agility, accuracy and flexibility. 
Kids will take part in age appropriate exercises that will develop muscle coordination, strength, balance and stability. Things like running, rowing, calisthenics, and basic gymnastic exercises, such as pull ups, dips, and handstands.

Running Conditioning - Couch to 5K

Ages 12+
No matter what your current firness level, training to run or walk a 5K is an attainable fitness goal! Join us as we all put one foot in front of the other to gain the running or walking foundation necessary to complete your first 5K (or your first one in awhile).
