Rates and Scholarships

Old Colony YMCA is proud of its mission to build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.  In an effort to meet our mission we have developed Membership For All - an innovative, income-based pricing structure for membership to the YMCA.  Each branch of the Old Colony YMCA has its own fee structure. For more information about financial assistance, speak to a Member Service Representative at your local branch.

This service is provided for free for members with family, single-parent family, or senior family memberships. All other membership types and guests pay the following fees:

$5.00 per hour-1 child | $2.00 per hour for each additional sibling

If you are not completely satisfied with your YMCA membership, you will receive a full refund including joiner's fee and dues when you cancel within 30 days of joining date.

Membership Cancellation Policy

All memberships are 100% guaranteed! 

Member right to immediate cancellation:  You may cancel your membership without penalty or further obligation during the first thirty (30) days of your membership by submitting in writing your notice of cancellation.  All membership fees paid to the Old Colony Y will be refunded to you.

Member Ongoing Right to Cancellation:  After the first 30 days of membership, you may cancel the remainder of your drafted membership by the 15th of the month for the following month’s membership. Joiners fees are NOT refundable after the first thirty days of membership.



  • Child must be at least 3 months old

  • Maximum time limit is 2 hours

  • Shoes must be worn at all times

  • Socks are REQUIRED for children to play in soft play room

  • No toys with small pieces (coins, marbles, etc.) are permitted

  • Do not bring your child if they have fevers, cold, or any communicable diseases

  • Payment is due at the front desk upon arrival

  • Runners must leave cell phone numbers if you are running outside. If you do not have a cell phone you may not leave the building.

  • No food is allowed

  • If infants need a bottle, parents must return to give them their bottle

  • Any behavioral issues will be immediately addressed with the parent(s).

  • If behavioral issues continue child may be asked to leave

  • Children must be signed in and out

  • If children are not potty trained, parents will need to return if child needs changing
