CardiacFitness is a program developed in collaboration with Signature Healthcare and the Old Colony YMCA that provides Signature physicians and program staff with several options to help their patients incorporate regular exercise into their lives. This is a stage four cardiac fitness program. Participants will receive supervised workouts and blood pressure monitoring.
If you have graduated from a cardiac rehab or pulmonary rehab, and are looking for a place to continue working on your exercise routine, we would be happy to have you join us for this program. This is a healthy way to continue your healthy lifestyle!

Keep The Beat
This is a program design for individuals who display one or more risk factors for coronary artery disease or those who have graduated cardiac rehabilitation with a referral and clearance from a physician. Keep the Beat is a 12 week small group exercise program to help participants transition from a medically supervised program to a supportive environment to maintain ling-term healthy lifestyle habits.
The Old Colony YMCA offers an array of group exercise classes to help our members reach their fitness goals, while making friends and having fun in a group setting. From spinning to yoga, every member, regardless of age or fitness level, can find group fitness classes at our branch to benefit from.
