The Old Colony YMCA designed this event to be a day of learning and empowerment for high school students. The conference draws participants from high schools and youth groups from many different cities and towns, with approximately 300-400 students attending each year.

Leading up to the conference, the Old Colony Y holds planning sessions to give students the opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions about the conference. By doing this, we can ensure that all workshops pertain to the current needs of the future leaders that will be attending!

This event is a great opportunity for students to connect with peers, learn some valuable leadership skills and also have fun in a safe and productive environment.
