Your community needs your help.  For more than 130 years, the Old Colony YMCA has helped the community through a myriad of health and social services programs. Last year, the Old Colony YMCA served more than 144,000 individuals across its network of programs and provided more than $10 million in aid to the community.  While impressive, the work we did this past year is not nearly as important as the work we are doing today.  And the work we do today won’t be nearly as important as the work we do tomorrow.

A lot great people interested in helping the community brings is a great place to work. Friendly coworkers and facility members make the job enjoyable.
Love the Y - staff, members - all of it. Well organized company, pro-active in training, good communications. They treat their employees and members very well. They also do a lot of community work.
Throughout my time working at the YMCA, I have met some great people there that have showed me different things to help me succeed in life. There is always at least one new face that you see every day that you work. The most enjoyable part of the job is to meet new people and hear different things about their lives.
The work these people do is inspiring! - I am there two days as week as well as attend professional development meetings as offered to me. The work the agency does is amazing. All of the staff I have worked with and encountered throughout my brief time there have been both pleasant and helpful.
