The Old Colony YMCA provides a healthy environment rich with opportunities for children and families to connect with one another and to become healthier in sprit, mind and body. Our family programs and services offer a range of activities for all generations in a safe, caring, welcoming, and most of all, FUN environment!

Family Swim
Families can have fun in the water with their children. All children must have parental supervision. Infants must be held by a parent in the water.
