Senior Strength Training

Intimidated by all that equipment in the Fitness Center?  Fear no more!  Our YMCA's offer strength training for active older adults that can help increase your range of motion, increase bone density and help with rehabilitation after injury or illness.  Walk on treadmills, ride stationary bikes, climb the stairs or row!
