Fitness

New Member Personal Training
Your FREE training session includes an introduction to our equipment and wellness center policies. A Wellness staff member will educate you on the proper techniques for using the strength training circuit and cardiovascular equipment.
Youth and Pre-Teen Fitness Orientations
A FREE one hour appointment for youth who are part of a family membership
Youth ages 8-12 are introduced to age appropriate cardiovascular and strength training exercises with parental involvement. Following completion, youth can use the fitness center with their parent during designated days and times.
Youth ages 13-15 may use the Fitness Center without a parent once they have completed this orientation on the strength training circuit and cardiovascular equipment.
