Active Older Adults
At the Old Colony YMCA, older adults are one of our greatest resources! We offer a comfortable place to stay active, take part in customized exercise programs to maintain their health, enjoy a sense of community, and strengthen social ties.
Our programs are designed to help adults strengthen their spirit, mind and body. There are a variety of classes, trips, social activities, and special events available through our branches.

Senior Fitness
Low impact aerobics consisting of simple moves at a moderate tempo. Finish with some toning using weights.
Stoughton Masters Swimming
Add swimming to your schedule! The Stoughton Masters Swimming Program is available to all adults who enjoy swimming. Come improve your swimming technique, become stronger, and enjoy meeting new people who share your passion for swimming!
Senior H2O Fitness
Strengthen and tone your body and increase your cardiovascular endurance through water exercise.
Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program
The Arthritis Aquatics Program is a low impact class that will help you gain flexibility and relieve pain through light resistance training. Participants should obtain clearance from a physician before taking the class.
