Residential

FAQ

Do I need to provide anything to my daughter?

All personal item needs are provided while a resident is in our care. Residents will have an opportunity to experience growth through a series of rewards and limit setting. Our level system is a goal oriented part of our program that enables a resident to earn daily credit points as a result of good behavior and positive participation in our program.  These points are made available to the residents on a weekly basis for her to be able to purchase various personal items they may like from our store.

When may I visit?

Visits are held Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon plus 1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.  Parents and approved visitors who are unable to visit on our scheduled days are provided additional visit time on Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.  A time to visit for visitors who cannot make the stated time will be arranged by our Clinical Staff.  All requests for visits must receive prior approval from our Clinical Staff.
