FAQ

Who can visit the youth?

Only visitors approved by the program Administration and the Client's caseworker are allowed to visit. Visiting hours at the program are Thursdays between 6:00pm and 7:00pm and Saturdays between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.  All visits must be scheduled in advance with the clinician.

What is the phone call policy?

Clients are allowed to make one phone call per day during the hours of 4:00PM and 9:00PM. Clients are only allowed to contact parents and legal guardians.

What Can I bring to the program?

Visitors are only allowed to bring clothing, toiletries and literature that has been approved by the program administration. Clients that do not have any of the above will be provided these items by the program.

Can my child have money while he is at the program?

There is no need for the clients to possess money while at the program.

Will my child have their own room?

Most clients share a room with three other residents.
