Community Based

Old Colony Y's Community-Based services help children and families break destructive patterns and learn to live responsibly. 

Funded through the Departments of Youth Services (DYS), Social Services (DSS), and Mental Health (DMH), the Old Colony Y offers assessment and individualized treatment with a multidisciplinary approach that involves the entire family.

The programs also work to ensure youth have a long term system of support and resources in order to maintain a positive lifestyle and grow into healthy, productive adults.
