Weight Training for Women
Our YMCA offers this class for women who would like to learn new routines of strength training. Women who are accustomed to working hard and are ready to see more results would love this class! Learn how to work each muscle group using our machines and free weights, while toning and strengthening your entire body. This class gaurentees results that you can feel and see!
