Adult Aquatics Programs

The purpose of water exercise programs is to encourage people of all ages to utilize the buoyant qualities of water to enhance their physical fitness through exercise. Many adults have already discovered that the swimming pool is the long-sought fountain of youth. Water can make some movements possible that would be very difficult on land. It increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints.

Water Fitness
For swimmers and non-swimmers alike, this shallow water program focuses on fitness and fun.

Water Work (outs) This is a water program that offers a total body water work-out.

Aqua Jogging This course takes place suspended in the deep end of the pool supported by a buoyancy belt.
