PT Plus

Physical Therapy Plus offers therapy to patients who suffer from muscle aches, back pain, neck pain, arthritis, strains/sprains or sports injuries.  A unique benefit of this program is aquatic therapy, which is excellant for the treatment of lower back pain and arthritic conditions.  They also offer a Stage II Rehab Program, which encourages you to make the transition to a wellness program for life by giving you a free 30-day membership to the Y.

They also offer free screenings for Y members and can answer any questions members may have about how physical therapy can help your injury.  All physical therapists and assistants are Massachusetts licensed, renewing their licenses every two years.

Please note that this program is run independently from the Y, however, it is located in the Y's facility.
