AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM
JOYCE DWYER AND ELLEN GREENE:

Some of the exciting new changes now coming your way include:

     New fitness equipment

FREE child watch (babysitting) for members

More affordable prices for the outdoor pool

Family friendly, affordable YMCA Camp rates

Enhanced camping for youth (including outdoor basketball,
ball field, family night events, and much more!)

     Saturday morning Youth Basketball Leagues

     T-Ball Leagues

     Expanded swim classes

Membership for All - a reduced fee structure designed to
ensure that every family has access to the YMCA

Coming Fall 2009:

     Expanded swim team

Arts and humanities (theater, art, dance, etc.)

     Gymnastics for school-age children

Activities for preschool kids (including Arts and Play, Mini

We have so much more to come!

Over the next few months, the YMCA Program Task Force will be meeting to help develop additional innovative programs and services based upon the needs of the Stoughton members.  If you have suggestions, we would love to hear them!  Please forward your thoughts to:

What will not change?

Members will experience the same exceptional customer service, cleanliness, exciting programs, and high quality services provided through this wonderful facility.  We are dedicated to ensuring that you and your family are satisfied!

Transfer Authorization Form

Do you pay monthly and have not yet completed a Transfer Authorization Form?
Rather than requiring members to come into the facility to fill out financial data forms, we have a link to the Transfer Authorization Form on the left of this page.  This form will permit the Striar JCC to provide your current data to the YMCA. Simply fill out the form and drop it in the mail or bring it to the facility and leave it at the front desk. To download the form, please click here.

Have you already completed the Transfer Authorization Form - or - paid your membership in full?
Great! You are all set and do not need to complete the Transfer Authorization Form.

Do you have questions about the form?
Please feel free to contact Ellen Greene (781-341-2016 x262 or egreene@oldcolonyymca.org / egreen@jccgb.org ) or Rosie Carey (781-341-2016 x299 or rcarey@oldcolonyymca.org / rcarey@jccgb.org).

Guarantee

All memberships are 100% guaranteed!  If for any reason, within 30 days of joining, you decide not to continue your membership, you will receive a 100% refund - no questions asked!  Be aware, after 30 days, annual memberships will not be refunded.

Bank Draft Dates

The Old Colony YMCA completes bank drafts on the 25th of the previous month, therefore you will be drafted on February 25, 2009 for the March 2009 membership dues.

Reciprocity Agreement

The Old Colony YMCA is a participating Y in the YMCA Partnership of Southeastern Masdachusetts.  You may use your Old Colony YMCA membership card at the following participating YMCA's:  Attleboro YMCA, Hockomock Area YMCA, South Shore YMCA, YMCA of Cape Cod, and YMCA Southcoast.  In addition, Stoughton Branch members may utilize any of the Old Colony YMCA branches.

A.W.A.Y. Program

Always Welcome At YMCA's.  Away on business or vacation?  Your Stoughton membership will give you access to other YMCA's either free of charge or for a small daily fee.  Stop at the Welcome Center for information about YMCA's in the area you plan to visit (must be 50 miles or more away from your home YMCA).

May we help or answer any questions?

Please know that we are here to help during this time of transition.  Staff will be available on site to provide information and answer any questions.  For all your membership related questions, please feel free to contact Ellen Greene at (781) 341-2016 x262 or by email egreene@oldcolonyymca.org or egreene@jccgb.org.
