TNT Teens in Training
Participants will learn components of a successful fitness program - cardiovascular fitness, strength training and flexibility, all in the YMCA's state-of-the-art fitness centers. Participants must register for this program to workout in the fitness center. This program is great for teens of all abilities. Each will progress at their own pace during a four week session.
