Active Older Adults
At the Old Colony YMCA, older adults are one of our greatest resources! We offer a comfortable place to stay active, take part in customized exercise programs to maintain their health, enjoy a sense of community, and strengthen social ties.
Our programs are designed to help adults strengthen their spirit, mind and body. There are a variety of classes, trips, social activities, and special events available through our branches.

Arthritis Swim
A full body movement class in the water. Low impact designed to stretch out and move your joints.
Seniors in Motion
Combination of land aerobics and strength training to great music. To be held in our aerobics studio.
