Our Branch
Welcome to the Old Colony YMCA Easton Branch!
We strongly believe that the quality of life has spiritual, emotional and physical components. Furthermore, we believe that each community is only as healthy as the collective well being of its members. Because of these beliefs, the Old Colony YMCA is committed to the development of strong spirit, mind and body, guided by Judeo-Christian principles, to enrich the quality of life for everyone in the communities we serve.
Our mission is to assist all people (members, clients, employees, volunteers, contributors and partners) to develop to their fullest potential by providing programs that are progressive and responsive to their needs. No one is ever turned away from the Old Colony YMCA due to an inability to pay.

About the Old Colony YMCA
The Old Colony YMCA is a non-profit, charitable association established in 1887. We distinguish ourselves from other organizations by providing values based programs that strengthen the spirit, mind and body for everyone in the 31 Southeastern Massachusetts communities we serve. Currently, 103,000 individuals in our service area use our facilities annually. We are the largest child care provider in the region, with more than forty sites from which we serve more than 2,000 children daily.
Our Mission
The Old Colony YMCA is a charitable, non-profit Association committed to the development of strong spirit, mind, and
body, guided by Judeo-Christian principles, to enrich the quality of life for everyone in our communities.
Our Core Values
As our traditional social values continue to be challenged and refined over time, the Old Colony YMCA is proud to remain steadfast in its support of the values of CARING, HONESTY, RESPONSIBILITY, and RESPECT. We will continue to teach these values and demonstrate them in word and deed.
Our Beliefs
We believe that our Mission is to assist all people to develop to their fullest potential, and to respond to ever-changing community needs in the areas of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
A Tradition of Volunteers
Volunteers have always played a critical role at the Old Colony Y. We couldn't accomplish all that we do without the commitment of our dedicated volunteers. There are many volunteer opportunities available in areas such as Youth Sports, Aquatics, Special Events, and Camp, just to name a few. Ask our member services staff for more information!
