Active Older Adults
At the Old Colony YMCA, older adults are one of our greatest resources! We offer a comfortable place to stay active, take part in customized exercise programs to maintain their health, enjoy a sense of community, and strengthen social ties.
Our programs are designed to help adults strengthen their spirit, mind and body. There are a variety of classes, trips, social activities, and special events available through our branches.

Water Walking
This is a unique type of exercise that offers swimmers and non-swimmers alike the benefits of aquatic workouts. Great daily workout or injury prevention/rehabilitation. (Vests and instruction are provided by Old Colony YMCA staff)
