Traditional Camp Programs

WAY-IN-THE-WOODS
5 TO 6 YEAR OLDS

Youngsters experience a wide variety of activities such as archery, arts and crafts, boating, and a daily and recreational swim. Theme days and special events with lower staff to camper ratio will operate at a slower pace.

SIOUX VILLAGE
7 TO 8 YEAR OLDS 

Campers experience a traditional day camp program. Each child receives a daily recreational swim, and activities including archery, arts and crafts, boating, games, sports and more!

COMANCHE/IROQUOIS
9 TO 11 YEAR OLDS 

Our 9 to 11-year-old boys are Comanches and our girls are Iroquois. Each village experiences our traditional day camp program with the added confidence building and team building of our ropes course, and a daily recreational swim.

NEW HORIZONS
12 TO 14 YEAR OLDS 

This is our in-camp program for young teens. They participate in a daily recreational swim and traditional activities such as ropes instruction, arts and crafts, sailing, and much more. Teens are given the option to choose the activities they wish to participate in.

JUNIOR LEADERS PROGRAM
13 TO 14 YEAR OLDS 

Young adults will be inspired, trained and guided by a specialty group leader. Focus will be on building character, confidence, and leadership skills. Junior Leaders will assist in the planning and supervision of camp activities while apprenticing with the various program specialists. Children must be interviewed and accepted into the program. They will be placed according to skill and knowledge of specialty camp. Enroll early, limited spots available!

COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING
15 TO 16 YEAR OLDS 

The CIT program forms the link between the older campers' programs and counseling positions. It combines supervised leadership skills developments, instruction in conducting camp and recreational activities, and closely supervised leadership experiences with campers on a regular basis. Under the supervision of the CIT/LIT coordinator, the CITs will be guided through the necessary skills and requirements of what it takes to be a camp counselor. All CITs must complete an application and be interviewed and accepted into the program.
